For HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage door, locksmith, towing and auto repair businesses
Is your Google Business Profile suspended? You get one appeal.
Make it count.
I build your complete reinstatement appeal package: the likely cause, the fixes, the documents Google asks for, and your written appeal statement, within one business day of your payment and complete intake. You submit it yourself in Google's own tool. $249, with a refund if Google denies your appeal and any additional review, or if you are not reinstated within 45 days of submitting (conditions apply).
Opens an email to smithjavion2586@gmail.com with the questions filled in. No Google login needed. Not affiliated with Google. Filing an appeal with Google is free; you pay only if you want me to prepare the package.
I built this process from Google's own published rules: find what the reason points to, fix it, prove it with matching documents, and submit once.

The appeal route
Four stops you control. Then Google decides.
The first four stops follow Google's published rules. The package takes you through them in order, so the one submission is complete.
- 1
Read the reason
The appeals tool shows the date, the reason, the policy and the status.
- 2
Fix it first
Change what the reason points to on the profile before anything is submitted.
- 3
Match the evidence
Documents that show the same business name and address as the profile.
- 4
Submit once
Appeals can only be submitted once.
Google decides
Up to 5 business days, Google says. Waits of several weeks have been reported.
If your whole account is restricted, Google requires the account appeal first, and the package covers it. After Google decides, the route goes one of two ways. A denial is not the end of the line: if you have new evidence, I prepare the additional review at no extra charge.
If reinstated
Back on the map, with the checklist from your package.
If denied: additional review
Google says it may be able to do one, with evidence that was not in the first appeal.
Still not reinstated: refund rule
A full refund on the terms in the price section. Conditions apply.
What Google's own rules say
- The appeals tool shows the date of the initial decision, the reason, a link to the violated policy, and the status.
- Appeals can only be submitted once. Google asks you not to submit multiple appeals for the same issue before you get a decision.
- If your appeal is denied, Google says it may be able to do an additional review, with evidence that was not in your original appeal.
- Google says appeal reviews and decisions can take up to 5 business days. Waits of several weeks have been reported in busy periods (Search Engine Journal, March 2025).
- Documents you attach should show the same business name and address as your profile. Google gives business registration, a business license, tax certificates and utility bills as examples.
- Do not create a new profile for the same business.

Why the order matters
Google's guidelines spell out rules that matter for trade businesses. A service-area business should hide its address from customers. Unnecessary information in the business name isn't permitted, and Google says it can lead to suspension. One profile per location. P.O. boxes, remote mailboxes and virtual offices aren't eligible.
So the order matters: find the rule the reason points to, fix it on the profile, gather documents that match, and submit once. That is the whole job.
How it works
- 01
Get your free case check.
Send me a short email: your business name and city, the reason and policy shown in the appeals tool, what changed in the 30 days before, and which documents you have. Screenshots are fine with personal details cropped out; never send your login. Within one business day I reply with what the reason most likely points to. Free, no obligation.
- 02
If you want the package, reply and I send a secure payment link for $249.
Within one business day of your payment and complete intake: the likely cause in plain English, a fix list for your profile, the document checklist for your reason, your appeal statement, and a step-by-step walkthrough of Google's appeals tool.
- 03

If Google denies the appeal and you have new evidence, I prepare the additional review at no extra charge.

Appeal statement
Who this is for, and who it is not for
For you if
You run a real business with a real address or service area, your profile was suspended, and you want the one appeal done right.
Not for you if
- the profile used an address you do not operate from;
- the name has extra words you won't remove;
- the profile has bought reviews;
- the business is in a prohibited category;
- your account was restricted for abuse.
I decline those before you pay. If you paid first, I refund you in full within one business day.
Price
$249
Founding price for the first 10 paid cases. After the tenth paid case, the price is $397. One case covers one suspended profile, plus the account appeal if your account is restricted.
Refund guarantee (conditions apply)
You get a full refund if either of these happens:
- Google denies your appeal, and then denies the additional review, does not offer one, or you have no new evidence to give it.
- Your profile has not been reinstated 45 days after you first submit your appeal.
Conditions: your answers were accurate; you made the fixes in the package and submitted it as written within 7 days of receiving it; you send me your submission date and Google's decision emails within 3 business days; and you did not create a new profile or submit extra appeals. If your appeal was already denied before you came to me, the 45 days count from the day you submit the additional review I prepare. Full terms.
When you're ready to start, reply to your case check and I send a secure card payment link through Stripe. Not affiliated with Google.
Questions owners ask
Can't I do this myself for free?
Yes. Google's appeals tool is free, and its rules are on Google's help pages. You would be paying me to read your reason against those rules, match the evidence, and write the statement so your one appeal is the right one.
How is this different from other services?
Some services ask for access to your profile. I never ask for your login, and you submit the appeal yourself.
Do you guarantee reinstatement?
No one can; Google decides. What I guarantee is the refund, on the terms above.
How long does Google take?
Google says appeal reviews and decisions can take up to 5 business days. Waits of several weeks have been reported in busy periods (Search Engine Journal, March 2025). I can't speed Google up.
My appeal was already denied. Can you still help?
Google says that after a denial it may be able to do an additional review, with evidence that was not in your original appeal. If you have new evidence, I prepare that review. Same price; the 45 days start when you submit it.
What documents will I need?
Google gives business registration, a business license, tax certificates and utility bills as examples, and they should show the same business name and address as your profile. Your package says which fit your reason. For a service-area business, photos of branded vehicles or equipment are my suggestion, not something on Google's list.
Do you need my documents?
No. Don't send me licenses, tax certificates, bills or IDs; you upload documents to Google yourself. Crop account emails, phone numbers and ID numbers out of any screenshot you send me.
Are you Google?
No. I'm an independent service with no affiliation with Google. I'm not paid by Google and have no special channel to Google: I prepare your paperwork, and Google decides. Google says it will never try to convince you to pay to maintain your Business Profile, including having it verified or reinstated. It also warns that some callers say they work "with Google" or "for Google", and its advice is to hang up on anyone pretending to be from Google. This service is something you choose to buy; filing the appeal itself is free.
