Terms and privacy

Back on the Map is a working name used by Orlando Smith. Last updated 2026-11-04. The version in place on the day you pay applies to your case.

1. What this service is

I prepare documents for you to submit to Google yourself: a cause analysis, a fix list, a document checklist, an appeal statement and a submission walkthrough. I am independent. I am not affiliated with, endorsed by, or paid by Google, and I have no special channel to Google. I am not a law firm and I do not give legal advice. Google makes every decision about your profile. Filing an appeal with Google is free; you are paying for the preparation work.

2. Price and payment

The price is $249 per case for the first 10 paid cases, then $397. A case covers one suspended Business Profile, plus the account-restriction appeal if your whole account is restricted. You pay by card through Stripe before work starts. I never see your full card number.

3. Delivery

You receive your package by email within one business day after I have both your payment and a complete intake. Business days are Monday to Friday, Pacific time, excluding US federal holidays. If I need more information from you, the one business day starts when I have it.

4. Refund guarantee

You get a full refund if either of these happens:

Google denies your appeal, and then denies the additional review, does not offer one, or you have no new evidence to give it.
Your profile has not been reinstated 45 days after you first submit your appeal.

Conditions: your intake answers were accurate; you made the fixes in the package and submitted it as written within 7 days of receiving it; you send me your submission date and Google's decision emails within 3 business days of getting them; and you did not create a new profile or submit extra appeals. If your appeal was already denied before you came to me, the 45 days count from the day you submit the additional review I prepare.

To claim, reply to any of my emails with the word "refund" and forward Google's decision emails. I refund the original card within 5 business days, counted from the day you send me the Google email that meets condition 1, or from day 45 for condition 2. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Not covered: a profile that is reinstated and later suspended again; a package you changed or fixes you skipped; facts misstated in your intake. Orders placed on Fiverr follow Fiverr's own order and cancellation rules instead of this guarantee.

5. Cases I decline

I do not take cases where an appeal would not be truthful: profiles that used an address the business does not operate from, names with extra words the owner will not remove, bought reviews, prohibited categories, or accounts restricted for abuse. If you paid before I saw your intake and your case is one of these, I refund you in full within one business day.

6. Your information

What I collect: the details you email me, your email address, and any screenshots you choose to send. Stripe handles your payment details.
How I use it: only to prepare and support your case. I enter your answers and screenshots into AI writing tools (currently Anthropic's Claude) to draft your package, and I review every package before sending it.
What not to send: your Google login, any password or verification code, ID numbers, or documents such as licenses, tax certificates or bills. Crop account email addresses, phone numbers and ID numbers out of screenshots.
Who else handles it: Stripe for payments, my email provider, and the AI tool named above. The website host (Cloudflare) keeps standard technical logs of visits, such as IP address and browser type; if page-visit counting is turned on, it uses the host's built-in analytics. I do not sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long I keep it: 12 months after your case closes, then I delete it. You can ask me to delete it sooner, except payment records I must keep for tax purposes.
Emails: you will get emails about your case. Any marketing email from me will include a postal address and a way to opt out; reply "stop" and I will stop promptly, and always within 10 business days.
